Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Certain items, such as earrings, personalized jewelry, and items on sale, are non-returnable for hygiene and final sale reasons.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. After approval, send the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable, except for cases involving defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and intimate wear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
